Position: Graphic or Web Design Consultant, Intern or Volunteeer Location: Flexible Hours: Flexible
Description
Designers are invited to employ their talents in a creative and rewarding role with The Apogee Foundation: a global philanthropic organization dedicated to discover, develop and celebrate creative potential.
Apogee is seeking designers to assist in the ongoing development of the Foundation's presentation and program materials such as posters, flyers, concert programs, PowerPoints, brochures and also Apogee's website.
The Foundation already has several excellent designs that can form the basis of a high quality, integrated graphic image for the organization, to represent our mission and work around the world. So, while great creativity can be brought to bear, it also will not be necessary to "start from scratch."
Location is flexible (candidates do not need to be based in New York or even in the United States), and designers may work remotely on their own time.
Designers will work directly with the President of the Foundation and the other friendly and dynamic members of Apogee's program and development teams in creating effective and vibrant designs that will have a significant impact on everything the Foundation is achieving worldwide.
Qualifications:
Candidates ideally should have strong and creative design skills with experience relating to education or the arts.
We value most highly a strong attention to detail, consistent professionalism, timeliness and initiative, a belief in and commitment to the Foundation's mission, and a positive attitude.
How to Apply:
Please send your statement of interest and resume by e-mail addressed to Bonnie Singer, Project Manager for The Apogee Foundation.
The Apogee Foundation ® is an equal opportunity employer.
