The Apogee Foundation has registered, developed and/or manages many domains, urls and websites on behalf of itself, its beneficiaries, benefactors, trustees, directors, officers, associates, affiliates and other third parties. The term "Websites" shall be defined to include all of these for all purposes under the all of the pages of this Agreement and all pages of the Websites, and all aspects of this Agreement and all other legal matters described on the www.apogeefoundation.org website shall be deemed to apply to all such domains, urls and websites and also to all intellectual property registered to, developed by or to which Aurience or any of the Releasees (as defined in the Terms and Conditions section of the Agreement) has any rights, whether or not reference is made to these rights on any specific webpage or website where such materials may appear or be referred to.

You may provide a hypertext link to any of the Websites on another website, provided that:

The appearance, position, text and other aspects of the link may not be such as to disparage any member or affiliate of The Apogee Foundation or any of the Releasees (as defined in the Terms and Conditions section of the Agreement), nor its services or programs, nor shall it damage or dilute the goodwill associated with Apogee's name, trademarks or copyrights or those of the other Releasees, or create the false appearance that an entity other than Aurience Limited is associated with or sponsored by any of them.

The link will not appear on pages including content which The Apogee Foundation finds in its sole discretion to be inaccurate, untruthful or otherwise objectionable, or which includes obscene, violent, tasteless, intolerant, racist or sexually oriented content or materials.

Apogee reserves the right to revoke its consent to any link at any time in its sole discretion by amending this Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for keeping abreast with any such changes and for adhering to them.

Use of a hyperlink does not indicate or create any endorsement, approval, sponsorship or affiliation of or with any other website, person or organization by The Apogee Foundation. This permission to hyperlink is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (without limitation) warranties of title of non-infringement.
