New York and Mumbai, August 28, 2007 (FastPitchPress (US), PressBox (UK)) – The Apogee Foundation has begun collaborations with national and international, public and private institutions to implement programs designed to assist in the development of elite performing arts talent throughout India.

Apogee's programs are implemented in three divisions: Apogee Awards, Apogee Academy and Apogee Artists, which serve to identify and support emerging artists, to assist them in achieving their full potential, and to showcase their talent around the world. The combined impact of these programs is designed to fulfill Apogee's vision of "recreating the future of human creativity."

The Foundation intends to begin implementation of all three of these program areas in diverse regions of India and neighboring countries in the course of the coming year. Detailed information on each of these program areas can be found on Apogee's website: http://www.apogeefoundation.org/awards/index.php http://www.apogeefoundation.org/academy/index.php http://www.apogeefoundation.org/artists/index.php
